This Dedicated Home Theater in Osbee’s Entertainment Marvel features a 6,000-lumen 3D reference projector with anamorphic lens; a 180-inch curved acoustically transparent screen with motorized masking to adjust the image area to the format of the video source; and a 4,000-watt surround-sound system with twelve speakers and 4 15-inch subwoofers. LED RGB lighting in the ceiling soffits can be changed to any color at the touch of a button, and the ceiling is adorned with fiber optic stars. Custom presets adjust the motorized blackout shades and lighting when the show is about to begin. A Kinetics Noise Control system in the walls and ceilings contains sound and vibration within the theater so as not to disturb people in other areas of the residence.

The Dedicated Home Theater at Osbee’s Tailored Palisades Home features a Digital Projection Insight 4K laser projector and a Stewart Filmscreens 133-inch Cinemascope screen with motorized vertical masking that automatically adjusts the screen to the aspect ratio of the content format being viewed. Enclosures behind acoustically transparent panels house the speakers in the 7.1 surround-sound system.

With seating for 12, everyone in the Theater gets the best seat in the house. The fully motorized incliners custom-upholstered in top-grain from Cineak allow the seat backs, footrests, and headrests to be adjusted to each viewer’s preferences at the touch of the keypad control inside the armrest of each seat.

Osbee’s Manhattan Penthouse is just one example of the ingenious use of space to serve multiple functions in NYC penthouses where space is at a premium. With the touch of a button, the Living Room is transformed into a Media Room: Lights and shades are automatically adjusted and a motorized wall panel slides open to reveal a 63-inch TV in a custom-designed recess. Acoustically transparent fabric panels hide a full array of surround-sound speakers.

The cinema-calibre Theater at Osbee’s Enchanted Theater features a Digital Projection Insight 4K HD projector and a Seymour Screen 15-foot screen with motorized vertical masking that automatically adjusts to the aspect ratio of the content being viewed. A pair of freestanding Meridian DSP8000 loudspeakers are complemented by the rear and side in-wall Meridian DSP speakers that comprise the full 9-speaker surround-sound array for a deeply immersive audiophile sound experience.

Kinetics Noise Control absorbers and diffusers in the walls and ceiling contain noise and vibration. LED cove lighting can be set to any color of the family’s choosing.

The plush club chairs, couch, and Emperador marble bar provide ample seating for all friends and family.

The casual Game/Media Room at Osbee’s Outdoor Living Room features an 85-inch TV with a 5.1 surround-sound system. Movies and streaming video can be easily accessed from touchscreens and handheld remotes.

As with many NYC apartments, rooms often serve more than one function. Through the use of innovative technology solutions, Osbee did just that. With the touch of a button, the mirror-paneled wall in the Library of Osbee’s Mansion In The Sky slides to reveal a 65-inch TV and a 7.2 surround-sound speaker system, transforming the room into a fully appointed Media Room.

The casual Family Room at Osbee’s Art Collector’s Townhouse transforms into a home theatre with the touch of a button. The motorized draperies automatically close, the 2,000-Lumen high-contrast projector drops down from the hidden Electrokinetics ceiling lift, and the 92-inch tensioned, motorized projection screen lowers from its flush-mounted ceiling enclosure. In-wall and ceiling speakers deliver robust audio from the  5.1 surround-sound system.

The Dedicated Home Theater at Osbee’s Mod Manor has a dual design: For casual viewing and after-school cartoons, the wall-mounted 65-inch TV is perfect. On movie nights, a 104-inch motorized screen drops down from the ceiling to display the picture from the movie-theater-quality 1,200-lumen high-definition projector. The room is filled with robust sound from the 5.1 surround-sound speakers. Handheld remotes and an iPad make it all easy to control from any seat in the house.

The Media Room at Osbee’s Miami Beach Ocean Vista is a casual yet fully appointed entertainment space with a 65-inch TV and an audiophile-level soundbar custom-made to match the width of the display for a sleek look and hi-fi audio delivery. The expansive audio and video distribution system provides every form of entertainment the homeowners could want, from HD streaming music and movies, AppleTV, cable TV, and more.

A 63-inch TV in a specially engineered recess above the fireplace is the focal point in the comfortable Family/Media Room. The center channel speaker of the 5.1 surround-sound system is hidden behind a custom fabric acoustical panel above the fireplace.
