The informal Living Room of Osbee’s Entertainment Marvel features comfy seating for family and friends, and a 65-inch TV. The speaker grilles to the left and right of the fireplace in have been painted to match the grasscloth wall covering, making them almost invisible.

The chandeliers and lighting in the gold-leaf tray ceiling are easily adjusted using the Osbee Home app or local programmed keypads.
Working with the architect and interior designer, Osbee engineered and installed motorized shade pockets and drapery tracks hidden inside the lacquered soffits for a seamless, contemporary look in the informal Living Room at The Miami Beach Ocean Vista.
