Minimizing the appearance of technology is one of the signatures of an Osbee Home. In the Library of The Westchester Estate, when TV viewing is over, a sliding panel in the custom cabinet replaces what would otherwise be a black, blank screen with a work of art.

Upon command via a handheld remote, touchscreen, or iPad, a 42-inch TV rises from its hiding place in the custom-built cabinet in the Primary Bedroom at Osbee’s Integrated Estate — the perfect way to bring a television into the bedroom without being intrusive.

Custom millwork allows for touchscreens to be installed almost anywhere. With limited wall space on which to mount the 7-inch touchscreen, a special housing was built into this Kitchen cabinet at Osbee’s Mansion in the Sky.

To provide comfortable viewing in the sharply angled Bedroom at Osbee’s Mansion in the Sky, a 42-inch TV rises on a custom lift and automatically swivels toward the bed. When it’s turned off, the TV disappears into the shallow cabinet, custom-engineered to contain the screen and lift mechanism, and to ensure adequate ventilation.
