At this stunning 15,000 sq. ft. beach house, designed by Steven Harris Architects, the vision was all about clean lines and invisible technology. Every aspect of this steel, glass, and concrete masterpiece presented a unique challenge for Osbee — but one that we were ready to embrace.

From Audio/Video to HVAC integration, lighting, cameras, access control, motorized shades, mechanical doors, and a custom private media room, our team delivered a comprehensive smart home solution. Attention to detail was not only expected, but greatly appreciated by the Architect, Builder, and Client, making this project a true showcase of how cutting-edge technology can complement high design.

In this bright open space, light flows effortlessly from nearly every direction — both natural and artificial — creating a serene atmosphere. Control of every lighting element, from sunlight to ambient glow, is effortlessly managed through sleek, strategically placed keypads and portable iPads, offering seamless control at the touch of a button. The result is an elegant blend of convenience and sophistication, perfectly tailored to the space’s airy design.

With a breathtaking view like this, traditional TV placement wasn’t an option. For that reason, Osbee collaborated closely with the construction team to recess a motorized mechanism into the floor, featuring a telescoping lift for the television. When not in use, the cabinet seamlessly aligns with the bed, ensuring nothing obstructs the stunning scenery.

This study features a custom-built soundbar which is perfectly tailored to match the width of the television for a sleek, unified look. Hidden discreetly within the case is a 4K camera, ready for video conferencing when needed. It’s the perfect blend of advanced technology and refined design.

Whether day or night, this media room offers the perfect retreat. Blackout shades lined to match the walls, create a seamless and refined look, while subtle cove lighting adds a cozy ambiance that feels inviting and never cramped. It’s a space designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, at any hour.

The meticulous attention to detail flows seamlessly throughout this residence. A perfect example is the integration of the private elevator’s control, elegantly matched with the door hardware and operated by a custom Meljac keypad with LED. This is just one of the many ways Osbee expertly weaves together subsystems, combining technology and design for a flawless user experience.

In this home, audio quality was as crucial as aesthetics. With that in mind, Osbee carefully selected compact 3-inch speakers to blend seamlessly with the size and placement of the selected light fixtures. The result is a flawless integration where high-performance sound complements the home’s sleek, unified design without compromise.

In partnership with Bocci, the smallest, most discreet receptacles were seamlessly integrated into the kitchen backsplash, harmonizing perfectly with the elegant marble. This subtle yet thoughtful detail ensures that functionality never disrupts the design, maintaining the kitchen’s sleek and sophisticated aesthetic.

In this bathroom, Osbee sourced custom marine-grade buttons designed for durability and elegance. These miniature buttons, seamlessly built into the stone, provide a sleek and discreet way to control the lighting, blending cutting-edge functionality with the bathroom’s sophisticated design.

This private basketball court offers more than just a place to play — it’s a versatile entertainment space. Accessible from the exterior via a secure keypad with mobile control, the court is equipped with surround sound and features a hidden projector and drop-down screen, perfect for transforming game time into movie night. It’s the ultimate fusion of sport and cinema, all at your fingertips.
