For the Living Room of Osbee’s Manhattan Penthouse, we worked closely with the architect and designer to create a sliding wall that completely conceals the 63-inch flatscreen TV in a custom-engineered recess when not in use. Custom fabric panels hide a full set of surround-sound speakers.
The TV in this Study is placed in the custom millwork just like the adjacent artwork.
With the touch of a button, the mirror-paneled wall in the Library of Osbee’s Mansion In The Sky slides to reveal a 65-inch TV and a 7.2 surround-sound speaker system, transforming the room into a fully appointed Media Room.
A custom-engineered enclosure for the TV in the Kitchen at Osbee’s Mansion In The Sky ensures adequate ventilation and a flushmount appearance that matches the finishes of the other appliances in the room.
In his Primary Bath at The Mansion In The Sky, a 42-inch TV is mounted in a specially-engineered recess in the custom-fabricated marble wall.
