Project Management

project management:
More than an audio/video company.

Depending on the scope of your project, it could take anywhere from one day for a small A/V system to three or more years for a whole-house automation system for a new home or gut renovation. During this time, we want you to have a go-to person that you can contact at any time. For this reason, Osbee assigns a Project Manager to each project. He or she will be there for you from the beginning of your project to the end – and beyond.

Your Project Manager will:

Schedule Osbee teams. Your Project Manager will determine when the various crews are needed and schedule the wiring team, installation team, programmers, and others, as required. You will be able to access this information on our website using the secure log-in you will receive once your project begins.

Ensure Osbee’s progress is in line with the site progress through regular site visits. Read more.

Since each Project Manager has experience with system design, engineering, and installation, minor issues can be addressed on the spot without the need to consult engineers or schedule installers.

Attend all site meetings where Osbee's presence is required, and arrange site meetings with subcontractors when necessary

Answer questions whenever they arise from you, your architect, contractor, and others working on your job. Each Project Manager carries a smartphone and can be quickly reached by phone or email.
