    • Osbee's award-winning home technology integration project is this classic Upper East Side Brownstone in NYC.

In the Sitting Room off the Foyer of the NYC Upper East Side Brownstone, the fully integrated Crestron home automation system makes total control of the room simple -- from adjusting the motorized shades, dimming all the light fixtures, setting the preferred room temperature and humidity, and cueing up a favorite album to play through the house-wide audio and video system.

In the living room of this Greenwich, Connecticut residence, what looks like an elegant mirror hangs above the fireplace. But at the command from the handheld remote or touchscreen, the television picture magically appears. It's a thoughtful design solution where a TV is desired in a room without dominating it.

Although it looks like it is simply hung on the wall, the placement and installation of the TV required intricate Osbee engineering and a special mount to ensure adequate ventilation and chimney clearance.
    • With 11-foot walls of glass and 270° beach and ocean views, this 5,000-square-foot Miami Beach Penthouse is a sun-worshipper’s dream. Central to this Osbee Home is the Crestron shading system, which includes solar and blackout motorized roller shades throughout the residence. Lighting and hidden temperature sensors are tied into the system and programmed to ensure energy efficiency and comfort.
In the Living Room of this Miami Beach penthouse, the recessed lighting and chandeliers can be dimmed, the draperies opened to frame the magnificent view, and the family’s favorite music selected and enjoyed through the in-ceiling speakers – all from the custom-programmed iPads that control every system in the home.

Osbee worked closely with the architect and interior designer to develop and install a custom soffit from which to hang the motorized shade and drapery tracks, so that they appear to float invisibly in front of the windows.
    • Osbee installed 30 Crestron motorized solar and Roman shades in this NYC Brownstone and can be controlled by iPad, iPhone, and any of the hardwired Crestron touchscreens in the home.

The Crestron motorized solar shades in the Library of this NYC Upper East Side Brownstone are just three of 30 motorized shades in the home -- all of which can be adjusted from any local wallmount keypad or using an iPad, iPhone, or Crestron touchscreen integrated with the system. The custom Leon soundbar under the TV matches the width of the TV providing an integrated look and superb audio.

To provide convenient local control of the 125 light loads throughout the residence, Osbee installed Crestron wall-mounted keypads the clients loved for their aesthetics and ease of use. Behind the keypads, Osbee installed wireless dimmers to add significant lighting control capabilities without having to open walls and do new wiring — an important consideration in protecting the irreplaceable historical details in the rooms of the 1820's residence.
